Large Event Administration
Cambridge is such a beautiful compact city so why only use one venue? Every year the city transforms into a vibrant hub for events that span multiple unique locations. At Meet Cambridge, we help you make the most of the city, from historic Colleges to modern facilities, creating exceptional experiences for your attendees.
Cambridge as a Venue
Cambridge is a stunning destination that offers the wow of a large city and the charm of a local market town. You can walk from one side to the other in less than 30 minutes, although it would take you a few days to discover all the medieval streets, bridges and secret places! As a result, many venues are situated very close to one another. which makes using the city as a venue very practical. Delegates can immerse themselves in the history and ambience and excitement is guaranteed when imagining in whose footsteps they could be walking!
Conference delegates can benefit from a comfortable seat in an air-conditioned theatre, with state-of-the-art AV whilst adjacent venues can offer break-out facilities with AV links to run parallel sessions. Social activities are enhanced with the option to dine in a Cambridge Colleges some of which are lit only by candles, something very unique to Cambridge! Read our guide about Creating the Cambridge Experience. The possibilities end only with your imagination.
